This months meeting will be joint JaxNode User Group and Jax ARC Sig meeting. The presentation will cover how to build a web application using the Express Web Application Framework using the JetBrains WebStorm Node.js IDE.

Node.js provides a way of writing server software using Javascript. Node is built on top of the V8 javascript engine from Chrome, and can be used for everything including web application to controlling robots.

Presenter:
David Fekke is a software engineer based here in Jacksonville, FL and is the co-founder of the JaxNode User Group. He has experience building web applications built with PHP, ColdFusion, ASP.NET MVC and Node.js. He also develops mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
