July's Meeting JaxArcSigI’m excited to announce Jyoti Chawla’s presentation on PowerShell 3 and Windows 8. There’s a lot more in version 3 of PowerShell to love! sic. If you haven’t used PowerShell for a while, or like me, have actively trying to avoid using PowerShell since being burned by earlier versions, this presentation might be exactly what you need to get into the newly updated workflows, time and event-triggered job scheduling, new simplified syntax for many commands, and more robust remoting connectivity.
Jyoti is and has been a vary valuable founding member of the Jacksonville Software Architect Group with over 20 years of software engeneering experence, and his hands-on approach to using PowerShell 3 with Windows 8 will provide users of all levels and technical backgrounds to walk away with a new powerful tool in Windows 8’s PowerShell 3.
