Keith Tingle: Introduction to Windows Identity Foundation

Pizza and Networking: 6:00 PM, Presentation: 6:30 PM

Brief introduction to the public key infrastructure (PKI) followed by an introduction to claims-based identity. We build on top of this knowledge and introduce the Windows Identity Foundation. We will use WIF to enable standards-based SSO between java and .NET web sites. We will also explore some of the claims-based features in SharePoint 2010 & ADFS.

Keith Tingle – Keith is a staff architect at LPS in Jacksonville, FL. He oversees the development activities of the Applied Analytics business unit. This unit is responsible for gathering enormous amounts of real estate and mortgage data for use by lenders, real estate pros, and the government. Keith has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Japanese from the University of Florida.
